Sprouts outbreak grows to 55 patients in 15 states; company declines to issue recall

The CDC has reported that the number of people infected in an outbreak of Salmonella and E. coli infections linked to alfalfa sprouts has grown to almost 60. And, 15 states coast to coast are now involved.
